What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people we work with are all from different back grounds. This breeds such a unique perspective.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
First and foremost he listens, second he give clear directives and is very clam no matter the type of situations we are facing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are asked to do more each year. We also give our folks a small percent increase in pay each year. It would be great if management would receive the same percent increase in base pay each year that we give our employees.
