I love Lamar and bleed Lamar green. There are some things that I think the corporate office could do better. There are things that I could do better. But I truly think that Lamar tries hard to make sure everyone is happy and well taken care of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the money but I could always use more of it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
it seems the balance between family and career are important to the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are some really negative folks here and it seems that they don't understand how good things are here sometimes.
What makes you most happy at work?
helping clients and finding the win win situation for Lamar as well as the client. and achieving numbers and making bonuses!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to create a team atmosphere but there are several people that will complain no matter what good is being done for us.
