Overall, Lamar is a fantastic company with terrific people. I feel like we're the best OOH company in the country. It's a good please to work.

Plant lunches / grill outs as a whole plant.

Everyone seems to enjoy their work and appear to have a "team" mindset.

Our office strives to be our best. Reaching goals, with minimal mishaps.

We have a great team. Everyone seems to pull together for a common goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A team atmosphere seemed to foster when T Gibbens hosted a territory manager's meeting in Sept. 22. Would like more of these.

Our leadership team seems to have a presence. Through corporate communications, videos, visits to our local plant... I feel like I know them personally or at the very least feel very acquainted with each of our team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As of late, I'm becoming aware of compensation levels of similar managers (other companies /other categories). I feel like my earnings are on the bottom end of that range. I could be wrong, but that's the optics.
