It's been amazing. I was fortunate enough to grow up within the company as the child of a parent who has spent their career here. I have been aware pretty much my entire life how much Lamar appreciates and looks after their people. It was an easy decision to pursue a career here for myself, too.

It's evident that they see the members of the organization as a family and we are treated well.

As an AE, I control my destiny. I like not having a cap on my compensation and I'm responsible for my success.

Everyone is in it together. They understand their role in the greater scheme of things while still working as a unit to achieve our goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency and that Lamar really exudes a family environment. It's evident that leadership has a lot of gratitude for their employees all the way from the bottom to the top and they make it known. I've always felt like regardless I will always be taken care of here.

I was fortunate enough to grow up around Lamar as my Dad has worked for the company for over thirty years. It's evident to me that they really foster a family atmosphere and take care of their employees. Coming to work here and feeling like I'm part of this legacy was a no-brainer.
