I have never understood why other companies that I have worked for or with do not show appreciation to their team. LAMAR sets the standard and makes you feel you could never leave. The culture, the work-life balance, the compensation, the team, every aspect of this company is forward thinking!

Their willingness to lend a hand so unselfishly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The opportunity to earn commission, and thus a pay for play environment. Want a raise, it's really up to you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too many hours (Often working 12 hour days) and most weekends working for a few hours to catch up as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family culture by far. The fact that people I didn't know a year ago, will stop what they are doing to assist me, or others, with work or community service projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My experience in Management and sales should equate to a higher pay. Understanding I took this position with full knowledge and understanding of the pay, just assumed I'd be at a higher position after 2 years.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work remotely, for the first time in many years, and I cannot be more grateful to finally be able to be here for my family more. I spent many years commuting 3 hours per day and never seeing my family.
