I'm a 22+ year vet of the company. I have seen so much change in my time with Lamar. I only wish the ladder to advance was a little more consistent and spelled out as to how to get to the next level.

Dedicated, Family oriented, fun, respectful, and competitive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lamar still has a family feel to it even it has grown exponentially in my 22 years with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We treat other like a family. Supportive in the good times and equally so in the not so good times.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my sales team succeed no matter if they are new or have 20 years of tenure. Love the wins!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Year over year raises have not happened for several years. I feel my tenure warrants a review and uptick in pay due to more years in the position and responsibility for several million more in revenue.
