I enjoy working here in the short time that I have. I am in a Master of Business Administration program and they are supportive of that. It is tough trying to find the perfect routine to balance work, school, and free time, but I'm getting there.

The company is great, I haven't been here long but I could see a career with Lamar, even if I move cities.

The communication and they way they include everyone.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The new customer incentive. I also dey benefits as I am able to stay on a parents.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people, this company has a great group here and we help each other get through the day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm the youngest but they don't see age as an issue or anything. They include me. We all are friends I'd say.
What are some of the best things about your team?
friendly and inclusive. We get together weekly for our business, but also mix in personal stories to get to know each other better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I haven't signed up for any package other than the employee life compensation. I am young enough to still be on my mothers insurance and etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom to learn and progress at my own pace. As time goes on they ask if I'm comfortable adding more tasks to my routine. The people are also great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are different personalities and we seem to mesh very well. I love the environment they have created as I have only been here 5.5 months, I was worried being one of the youngest working here but they welcomed me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As I am the youngest, I wouldn't say I have a best friend but I have good mentors or people to look up to as I progress in my position and hopefully the company. They are always willing to teach me and answer my questions without judgment.
