I truly love working for Lamar. I get treated like a human being where as I didn't get that at my previous job. I enjoy what I do but I'm only a couple years out of college and I'm still learning the work-life balance so maybe that's on me. I would love training for further advancement.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, working for Lamar has been a good life-change. Most of the people are really good people and they genuinely care. Truthfully, I'm just not happy with my pay or the fact that some people- Our Office Manager, is not a team player so it's hard to get everyone on the same page sometimes.

The leadership team is supportive and motivative

Everyone gets along no matter the position.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having my own space so I can work and focus without distractions.

Some of us... they're really good people and they're more of friends than coworkers.

My Sales Manager is positive when it comes to this (she is all around)

Accomplishing big tasks so I can go home knowing I did a good job.

They persevere. They genuinely care how I'm doing as a person and as an employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is polite even under pressure. No one is demanding of anything... they always ask if I'm able to take something on because they respect my time and responsibilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm willing to take on more responsibilities to earn more if needed. However, I do a lot that is not in my "job description". I also know I'm not the only one in this boat.
