I have been with Lamar for over 20 years and I have seen many people come and go over the years Unfortunately there has always been turn over just like most places. We are trying to build a place where people want work and retire.

Managers making sure that everyone feels like they are on the same team. Sales and operations employee working together
What is the best part about your compensation package?
With out question, everyone would always like to make more money. Having the amount of PTO that we do is great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Consistency is one the best things about this team. Not having turn over is key to building a great team. It is refreshing to see the same people every day.
