Lamar is like family, and they treat their employees as their own. The leadership within Lamar is fantastic and always willing to help.

Besides the pay, the best is the bonus opportunities. If you do the work and get the jobs done, then you are rewarded.

Everyone has their roles to do, and with this current leadership there is no micro managing, which allows us to be more successful in doing our jobs.

The team environment. Sales, Operations, and Real Estate are a tripod and each plant needs all three to succeed in order to be successful as a a whole.

There is always something to do or a task that needs to be done, which makes the days go but it is also fun and rewarding once the tasks are completed and you see successful results
