Lamar is a great company to work for! The company's brilliant financial team has always made sound decisions, never laying off, no matter the economic challenges. Working here for 16 years, I have seen Lamar do their best to roll with the changes and challenges of the ever changing work culture.

I've seen the company go through many changes over the years. All have been an improvement. They ability to always make an effort to keep up with work culture, flexibility, feedback from employees, etc is why I like working for them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a productive day with minimal interruptions.
