We want to do what we can for our customers. We get along with each other pretty well. And we're not afraid to share ideas on how to do things better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good group of people. Our GM trusts us to do our jobs, isn't always questioning what or why we do things - unless there's a problem. And he isn't afraid to let us know when there is a problem. He does it in a constructive, positive way.
