I had been here for 9 years, left due to ressetion back in 2008. It was an honor to be hired back to this company, at times I wish I could have stayed here, for now I am greatful and happy to be with this company.

I have been with Lamar Outdoor for almost 15 years in total, and I feel very secure with this company.

I was with Lamar before for 9 Years 2001 to 2009, I left because I did not feel the support of my superior , I came back to work with Lamar 2018 and still employed, My experience is better this time.

that the sky is the limit of what we can individualy make our salary.

We all have almost the same culture and have no problem on the enviroment.

In my department its a 1 man dept, working with other departments is always good

I do not feel under valued, but feel my job/ position should be compensated more on salary.

always works together, weekly meeting are good to find out the needs and how we can help each other.

I am one of the oldest here in my office ,so I see myself as a mother to the younger generation.

that our boss beleives in what we are capable off, and lets us do our job, once we present our job, then we meet with him.

That we see eached other with respect, trust each other on doing their part of the job. We Each play different parts on with diffrent department tasks to get the job done. we cary our conversations with respect and at the end of the day see each other as 2nd family
