I used to love my job I would be excited to come motivated and ready to bust my butt but after the opps changed I wish Fridays come faster and weekend are longer already going in my 3rd year but everything has changed now I wake up and like why do I gotta go.

They need more communication and stop holding grudges

not really positive little pep talk here and there but mostly negative

They have your back just not the favorite ones they watch over you to go and tell over dumb stuff
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a team I know can move at the same pace but Fridays to get away from the negative Energy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of stuff we do and little team we have I believe we should get paid like other markets we all deserve a little more to be motivated to bust butt more
