started off ok. Expected to take over responsibilities from all positions. Pay has yet to reflect that. Certain employees are unproductive and pointless for the company. Management is uninvolved in a lot and it really is a mess overall. The best part of the day to day at this plant is leaving at 5
being more focused on the responsibilities of each employee. One employee shouldn't be expected to be responsible for the responsibilities of 3 positions while there are people sitting around doing nothing
Dividing responsibilities evenly and monitoring said responsibilities are being carried out. Being more approachable and reachable whether in the office or other means of contact. Not overworking some employees while others get to deflect their workload and have get treated more leniently.
The management does nothing to raise morale or improve culture. He may offer incentives but 8/10 times the incentives are so minuscule it makes the task seems pointless. Overall, very low culture and morale in this office. Management seems to lack interest/care in changing that
workload management needs to be addressed. The way some employees get away with wasting 8 hrs a day needs to be addressed. Management needs to be involved and responsibilities should be equal or pay should reflect. Shouldn't be expected to take on responsibilities when on PTO.
It is unfair that I have to take on and be responsible for 3 positions (charting, digital scheduling, art process, ordering, etc). I got one raise 3 months into starting at Lamar but this was before I even was given these additional responsibilities and nothing since gaining more responsibility
There are two solid coworkers that help out and do their part. supposedly I am supposed to be working with someone else to split workload but everything gets sent to me while she sits around. And management doesn't care or get involved in separating the work or increasing my pay
manager needs to either be more aware of the faults and lack of effort by certain team members. I shouldn't have to be responsible for overseeing how others work and making sure they are working. Less effective employees need to be addressed and management needs to be changed if this continues
Because I am having to take on the responsibilities of another employee without a pay increase, while they get a raise and get to have a significantly reduced workload. We have employees that call out regularly and I am forced to pick up their workload and their role entirely. How is that fair?
I should not be expected to work 3 different positions with no help. Things keep getting sent to me and the only time I get recognized or talked to is when something goes wrong (90% not my issue, someone else's fault). Manager is unaware of what really goes on and the morale here is terrible
Not all coworkers are bad. Some that just don't do their part and deflect more work onto my plate. Whether it is extra tedious request or not having initiative and deflecting work to me some of the employees need to have a stricter leash placed on them as well as an evaluation on their role at Lamar
