It has been a joy. I have been here one year now and I don't want to work anywhere else. I genuinely love my job and the people I work with. I feel super appreciated and valued in my position and it just really nice to work here.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It is a great place to work. I feel valued and appreciated and everyone is great to work with. I just wish I had more days off. Two weeks is not a realistic amount of time off.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I have so many opportunities for bonuses

being busy and contributing to the design process.

That they want you to do your best and be happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along nicely and we are all similar ages. Just fun people to be around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are genuinely good people and that they care about me as a person and as an employee.

Everyone is just so nice and personable, and they are all just great people. They are great people to work with!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the actual job I do I find it really enjoyable and knowing I am coming to work and seeing friendly faces makes it easier to get up in the morning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The General and Sales Managers are just genuinely good people and it is great working for/with them. They are the best bosses I have ever had and I have had some really horrible bosses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is just a positive work environment. Everyone is so nice and just genuinely great to work with. My last job had a toxic work environment and to work at Lamar is amazing, they just have the best team of people!
