The company has taking care of me very well! Is just in the past year and a half the things have really changed since our last 2 years. I thought the company was about holding onto guys, which sounds like there is in other plants.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less toxic work environment But the worst person is their opps manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just going out and doing a good job and once in a great while being appreciated for it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to be shown that we are valued. But after that we were shown with I raises that are ops manager wants us to move on to a different company even though his last hire is like a third of a person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt valued up until this last year. We were told three days before Christmas that if we didn't want to be here don't come back after the break. That really put a sour taste in my mouth. We have been keeping up If not above our numbers. Found that out after the fact! Short a guy for almost 2 year
