What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the fact that there is no gossip, and if someone starts there held accountable.
What makes you most happy at work?
the relationships not only in the back of the house but the front also. operations and sales works together more than at other plants.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think Lamar's pay for operations employees is very good. Especially when you start getting commercial licenses, and crane licenses. Once people obtain these things, they often leave for companies with better pay.
