They are reliable and hard working and we all trust eachother. Great sense of togetherness and we work well together

The seem to really care about all of their employees. The communication is good and they have a great open door policy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the cost of living and inflation on the rise the pay raises seem to be falling behind. With the knowledge base required to properly do our job and the high level of execution we obtain I feel everyone could be given an Increase
