I have been with Lamar for 11 years and have never thought about leaving. I love where I work and hope to retire with Lamar.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires seem to get higher pay rates while some long time employees only receive 3% increase.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my team and customers. Having been an employee for so long I feel I can always help when questions arise.
