I have worked my way up the operations side of the company to make to operations manager. I was under paid the whole time until recently but liked the work and company so stuck it out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having the rest of the office staff do their jobs in a timely manner. Were I'm not having to run down things that they should of already done or known.
