I have worked for Lamar twice. This time coming up on 15 years. I have learned as much as I can regardless of the department and have been fortunate to have travelled to several of our other offices and to Corporate.

I have worked for Lamar twice. It is the best company I have worked for and am happy to be involved in my various roles and responsibilities with the company.

I can't really pinpoint what is best.

We all get along. Much better atmosphere now.

We do things together either eating, going to games, sports. etc.

We care about each other personally and are invested in each other.

I just plainly love my job and all of the different things I do in a day.

The freedom that I can do what I need to do. I like knowing what is going on and helping/supporting the rest of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct manager promotes family time and if personal things needs to be handled he is good with it. He trusts us to take care of our responsibilities. We have fun!!
