good... but has went downhill over the past couple of years. no outings for employees, no christmas party last year, no team building things

we get along pretty well... been around a while

I don't know... don't have much of a culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
interacting with my clients everyday
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
listening to employees... no company christmas party last year, no reason, except didn't have the money. We hit budget last year every month as well as a plant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I travel an hour to my markets while others live in their markets. We get the same car allowance. My expenses are more for driving and being out of my hometown more.
