I came to Lamar after working in Healthcare during the peak of the Pandemic. Since my first day here, I have been treated better than at any other company. I matter here. If I am having a bad day, there is a 100% guarantee that someone is going to check on me and offer words of comfort. I love it.

There is minimum drama. Everyone works together as a team.

Our Plant has outings together and lunches to celebrate anniversaries and birthdays.

They listen to and value my opinions. And when input is needed on a new process that affects me, they make sure to ask for my input.

When customers and management praise me for a job well done. Even if it's "just my job" to do it, it feels good when people acknowledge your hard work.

Everyone feel supported at all times. Nobody is ever left to struggle or stress. If a person is ever having a hard time, personally or professionally, there is always someone to listen.
