I enjoy my job at a local level. I like my coworkers & managers. Overall I think Lamar is a good place to work

I enjoy seeing my coworkers & my job is enjoyable

Our General Manager and Sales Manager are kind, offer incentives, and understand work life balance.

The leadership at my branch cares about its employees. You feel valued as a person & employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits aren't the best.. I also feel that I deserve to make more hourly

I truly feel like our team is a little family. Everyone is kind and cares for one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that our managers tell us that family comes first. Work life balance is great with Lamar!

Our team works together well. We help each other and have constructive conversations. I enjoy time with my coworkers

My coworkers. We are in the office daily. So having coworkers I enjoy talking to make me most happy while at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having positive managers. They affect the mood of all employees We have a Great GM and Sales Manager & it makes such a difference
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You start out the first 5 years with 3 weeks of PTO and many federal holidays. Also, as long as you have worked for Lamar for a year they include a short term disability plan that does not have to be paid into. Its great for maternity leave!
