The willingness to embrace change and growth. Being a head of the curve and seeing things before others do so we can be proactive

In comparing similar job roles with other companies our positions are underpaid. Culture is a big thing that has kept me in place, but not getting annual raises or wage adjustments makes it difficult

I often feel like I am on an island and do not receive any positive reinforcement As a middle manager who carries a large workload we are underpaid compared to competitive media companies.
