It has been a great experience so far learning about this trade. I had no idea how much is truly involved in the process of what we do and yes it is a very physical job.

They are a hard working group of men that are willing to teach and help better my skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a new hire with very little experience but my coworkers are amazing at their jobs and are able to accomplish so much in a days time. I feel that better compensation with skills learned would be a driving entity for this company.
