Very nice people. Management very stressed because of high turn-over and under-budget. It would be nice not to have to start the day at the office if you are cold calling all day but, management is accommodating otherwise which is very appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Since being here, I've only heard from Tommy Tepal. I don't have a sense of the other executives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nice people. Wish our plant wasn't in the bottom 3 because our poor results is all new people hear about. There has been a lot of turnover here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's just going to take getting used to with all the checking in that is required. We have a very loud co-worker which seems very disruptive but, I'm getting used to it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is on the very low end. It would also be nice if we wanted to cold call for the day, that we could start out at home instead of having to come into the office.
