I've been with Lamar for almost 18 years. There's been a lot of ups and downs, but I've always felt Lamar cares about their employees. I've had 3 kids while working here and fostered over 10, I've always felt supported to be who I am.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can make as much as I want, lots of incentives to increase your paycheck.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My sales manager is always super supportive and believes in me, even when I don't.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked for several different GMs and SMs - but no matter who steps in the core values of this company remain the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We each bring something different to the table, but together we make one team. It's a pretty unique, but cool set up we have.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I have sales coming in!!!! I also get to work from home which is a priviledge I take very personally. That keeps me the happiest because my work life balance is perfect.
