I have been here for a long time. I have seen it all. Good and bad. I feel certain people get put into positions they are not meant to be in and others get overlooked. I feel that there is no separation of job duties, it's spread out all over the place. Some dept too staffed and others not enoug
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I wish these questions had a middle choice. Some are vague and need more explanation or a field for notes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes we do get together as a team away from work. Sometimes someone will do a spirit day or something fun to get others involved. But it doesn't happen too often. Wish it did
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is not a way for support staff to earn extra income or bonuses. I know people in the same field that do less work and are paid $5,000-$10,000+ more a year than what I make.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The last question needed a note field. Some co workers I absolutely do not look forward to interacting with. Others are fine. I have been here for years and feel that some people are definitely part of a team, others not so much
What makes you most happy at work?
The last question again....who is really excited about going to work? Not alot of people. I don't mind it. I am most happy when I do my job well and other appreciate me for it and recognize it. When others around me take pride in their job and treat other professionally and with respect.
