When I first started working for Lamar, I was in relatively good health. Shortly thereafter, I began missing time for health reasons. My supervisor, and the overall team have been very supportive, and understanding. I greatly appreciate that, and consider my Lamar Family just that, Family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The comradery amongst the team is pretty great.
What makes you most happy at work?
Staying busy is definitely a plus. I enjoy busy days the most.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our prescription plan is great. I take many medications, and greatly benefit because of this fact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There isn't any micromanaging. Our duties are clearly set, and we are allotted the time to perform set duties, and given realistic expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a pretty diverse group. I enjoy the fact that all of our cultures intertwine, even though we're all quite different.
