It was great when we had a hybird work environment. Some of us do not need to be babysat and still perform. Old school work environment reporting at 8am daily. We are all looking at other opportunities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We will do cookouts and bring in food/goodies to share.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Make sure we are given the tools and training to be successful.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some are allowed to work remotely and sales reps are required to report daily at 8am. We should all have to report.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can have a hybrid work environment. Going in daily when at budget is so old school and will not attract good talent with the low wage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Car allowance and commission rate has been the same for 15 plus yrs. Sales Reps make the same or less than they did 15 yrs ago. The car allowamce has been the same for 15 plus yrs. Need to both be increased to show they understand everything has increased in costs.
