I would say it is definitely improving but we still have a ways to go. We can improve on communication and expectations. I loved to be challenged which I am everyday but I would like to see a little more appreciation.

Being successful, making money, helping others be successful, achieving my goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There has definitely been a change in the moral for the better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel that a lot of my work goes unoticed. I think salary base plus commission would be nice. As well as so other benefits such as wellness/fitness memberships reimbursement. Larger car allowance, lower rates for healthcare.
