Negotiating positive outcomes for the company that are medium to long term goal driven.

Referring specifically to our local plant leadership team, they are invested in helping me help them succeed.

We are a group of hard working people who have been brought together to grow the plant.

We have daily ice cream time? No, it's knowing that I do have the support to solve issues in creative ways that can benefit everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our local GM has developed a lease incentive plan that can generate reasonable bonuses. It helps to supplement a base pay plan that might be a little bit light.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lack of egos. Sales is competent and confident. Ops is effective. Front office support is there for the long haul. It is easy to want to be effective in order to pull your weight.
