Our management are very understanding of family life and very willing to help if we need it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a lot of veteran sales rep who are always willing to help and are very supportive people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making my clients happy and seeing that they have a successful advertising campaign and experience. I also love getting referrals from happy clients!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My sales manager and GM have an open door policy and care about us as people. They are always willing to help with anything we need to improve in the workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My biggest complaint as a sales rep is that my commission pay is docked when clients don't pay on time. I feel this is very unfair as my job is sales and not billing collections. This is the main reason that I would leave Lamar Advertising. Very unfair!!!
