Overall, it is a nice environment. However the pay is not enough to live on, they can't keep installers because of the pay and I believe we should have work from home flex schedules because we have already proven we can do all of our work out of office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I take on more responsibilities every day and don't get higher pay because of it. I am doing half of three peoples jobs and have not recieved a raise.
