Lamar has been a good company to work for. The company takes a conservative approach to work and I feel I am secure in my future here. We have a great product that has and continues to take care of our customers' needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is not a lot of micro-managing that happens. We are given a lot of autonomy to complete our job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the comp package is fair. Most of my compensation is based on my work; Sell more, make more. It would be nice if there were other "carrots" when we do an exceptional job. Stretch goal/bonus; bonuses if the team hits or exceeds goals, etc.
