Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Having a higher base salary.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actual management! They constantly disrespect their employees and create a negative work environment.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Coworkers are great and all understand the unnecessary pressure that is brought upon us by management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work environment- this can be improved by having someone take a look into what is going on within our office.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing- everyone walks on pins and needles to please one person in the office. Days are better when said person is not present.
