What I appreciate about my Leadership team is that they are thoughtful, understanding, and kind.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my coworkers are following company policy, being productive and are friendly. I appreciate flexibility with my day and it helps me to be less stressed and feel valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate that they feel family is important and are flexible with my time if I have a doctors appointment or school function with my kids. Very understanding and encouraging to take PTO.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living increases at a higher rate than my pay and the cost of living pay increases that I receive. I earned more money on the dollar in 2008 than I do in this current economy.
