I enjoy working for this plant and for Lamar. I only wish there was more involvement in regards to our GM being more knowledgeable on our job duties. How can we be given the proper job descriptions or pay if he doesn't. My manager is way too new to be able to do that for me.

I like that most are extremely knowledgeable and willing to share that information with us

I extremely enjoy that everyone excepts each other and you can truly be yourself here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy not being micro managed. Our GM trust in us to get the job done and we do. I work better that way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I look forward to coming to work. I am involved in all departments and everyone here is so approachable and I enjoy every single one of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A new office manager came in recently and has been struggling with learning her work duties. I therefore have been doing all that work, which I do not mind but it would only be fair for me to have an increase in pay for having more responsibilities if the managers pay didn't decrease for having less
