Great places to work its fun,always working on something. We just need better management and focus on doing the job the correct way one time instead of having to go back and do it 10 times. we need tools and parts to get the job done correctly. i love working here i just wish we can do better.

Direct coworkers are great we all get along work well with each other. On the management side of coworkers there are no good things to say
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
undervalued yes. For compensation not i would rather just jave the correct tools and parts to do my job the correct way. baseboards that are safe and im not pressured to get on or get yelled at when i deny a board for safety or bad access.
