Being able to get off early and have more hours in the day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The wage is not liveable in today's economy. If I was paid a little more I would feel more comfortable. But as a single individual with a lot of expenses it's hard and have needed to get multiple part time jobs just to keep up.
