It's been overall good, but I definitely give more than I feel I get because I am afraid of being replaced or let go for any number of reasons.

Positive attitudes and I like the majority of them as people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the size of my office, and my manager is fairly upbeat
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New people are being hired at a rate it took me 20 years to achieve, and long term employees are not adjusted accordingly to reflect their value and commitment. Health benefits are soooo expensive, and dental covers very little.
