What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

MOST of the people in my company seem to want what is best for those around them.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to help others and spread the knowledge that I've gained over the past 20 years.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are able to work independantly without a lot of detailed instructions because they know their jobs well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Had I been hired on at Corporate I would have a more significant job title and at least be an AVP by this point rather than having no professional advancement or title change in the past 13 years and nearly 20 years with Lamar.
