Focus: we have a lot of strategic plans. Many great plans are started, but are interrupted by other ideas.

The health benefits for the individual are incredibly good and the individual employee only has a small percent to pay.

They try to be as open and as honest as possible, and the encourage entrepreneurial thinking. They empower you to be in the drivers seat of your career and to take initiative to get things done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every person on your team care about you as an individual. They also will do whatever they can to help you out professionally as well. It's fantastic and empowering to know that you've got a team behind you that's cheering you on.
