I love the company. It has so much potential to be better and I want that sense of purpose, ownership, and ambition to be in every employee.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall happy with my experience. Would like to see more mentorship specific to the work I do (e.g. working through real scenarios with someone who I be vulnerable with and learn from). Would like a better work life balance. Consistently two extra hours, 3-4 nights per week is too much.

Would like the same pay relative to leaders on the same level that should probably be making less than me.
