The benefits are great, my manager is awesome and understanding, my co workers are life savers when help is needed !
What makes you most happy at work?
not having the customer in my face, and a huge part are my co workers, who make it fun and make the day go by faster.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is so nice and understanding ! We get feedback in a very professional way and we get noticed on our hard work and cheered on !
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was getting paid more at my prior job, but to be honest I save more gas and less time driving and spend more time with my family ! It was worth it !
