I had a great start at Medela and am still excited about our culture and also our products. I really appreciate the flexibility of the home office and the atmosphere in my team. There are only small things that I would improve, such as more vacation days, more benefits/perks, more regular feedback

Everyone supports each other, we have a place of psychological safety where we can be open and we can share personal things. The team turns normal working days into fun days!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put the economic success but also the well-being of the employees in the foreground. Especially as a new employee at medela, I appreciate the humanity that is also radiated from above.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We serve a higher purpose and that is a good feeling. Our work can in the end contribute to a mother or a patient out there having a better life. This can also be felt in our corporate culture.
