Big lack of training, we mainly need to learn as we go. No SOP. I stay at this company because it is convenient for me and my family and the ambiance is good. Need a lot of improvement in training.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Right now for the same position the bonus is different and the starting salary too. I understand someone who is in this position for 5 years as example is having a higher salary but the starting point should be the same.
