My entire career has been in manufacturing area, but supporting other companies as they create their own brand / product, and have always had great pride in that. Working at Medela brings on an entire new feeling of pride, as I feel I am a partial owner of our brand, not just an employee.

The pay is fair and competitive, the PTO offering is quite generous, and the retirement benefits are the best I have ever received.

Friendly, supportive, always willing to help out if needed. They generally just want to do what's right for the company, and more importantly, mom and baby.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I am trusted to perform without being micro-managed, yet if I need assistance, I have no hesitation in asking for help form colleagues or my superiors.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the leadership team is very focused on creating the best possible products for mom and baby, while also striving for innovation to improve the mom/baby experience even further. They are very down to earth and approachable should you want to ask questions, ask for assistance, or just say hi!
